The key thing to know about this feature is that it is affecting the stereo mix as the name implies. It does not alter the individual tracks. So, the use cases I’ve found are for live streaming or feeding the stereo mix into my video camera. It does not help podcasters who use the individual tracks to edit and mix themselves.
