You can add ID3/meta and cover art inside Adobe Audition. It’s a great feature that is simple and easy to use. No 3rd party required. Makes for speedy workflow.

Yes, I use Audition, but I also use Fission for the final aac file.
Perhaps I ought to just use Audition for all of it rather than App hopping
